About Us
Team Building Productions was established in 1985 in Phoenix, Arizona by Bruce and Bobbi Fischer. First offering complete video services, and then specializing in corporate entertainment and interactive movie productions, the organization has evolved into a custom team building company today.
Bruce
Bruce, a musician and videographer, brings his passion, creativity and many years of experience in corporate entertainment and video productions to the table to help create an interactive, lively, fun-filled environment for participants.
Bobbi
Bobbi brings her background and experience in psychology, human resources and counseling to the company and provides the theoretical background for the custom events. Fischer has coauthored, “The Work Life-Cycle,” a business workbook adopted by organizations dealing with employee satisfaction, performance, employee retention and career enhancement.
